THE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH OF THE SIERRA NEVADA DESERT
HOLE #2 - 400 yards, Par 4. Water (gravel) left & trees & wrong fairway right. Hole plays slightly uphill & usually into prevailing wind. Requires something difficult for most of us, 2 straight shots in a row. Number 2 handicap hole. Looks easy but hey, its too straight.
HOLE #11 - 513 yards, Par 5. Aim your drive toward telephone pole at right edge of fairway & hope you can draw it. Then refer to description of hole # 2.
